Client Relationship Manager / Operations Associate
Tidewater Wealth Management is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, client-focused professional to join our team in a hybrid role based in West Hartford, CT.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside firm leadership in a boutique wealth management practice serving high-net-worth individuals and families. The role combines hands-on client relationship management with day-to-day operational oversight across our planning, custodial, and CRM platforms.
🔵 Hybrid Schedule
2–3 days/week in our West Hartford office, remainder remote
🔵 What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting client onboarding and account management
• Managing Schwab, Fidelity, and TIAA workflows
• Preparing financial planning and client review materials
• Coordinating advisor schedules and client communications
• Maintaining operational workflows and CRM processes
• Helping deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
🔵 Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years in wealth management, financial services, or RIA operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Redtail CRM and custodial platforms preferred
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
